Gambino’s Josie Music Award-winning Just Like Jesus EP released last year from Residence Music and illuminates the joys and struggles of his post-prodigal life with refreshing candor and profound gratitude. Rooted in his signature soul-fueled, folk-rock sound, the project features five selections co-penned by Gambino and produced by his longtime collaborator Walter Halliwell.
Drawing nominees and attendees from around the world, The Josie Music Awards was established in 2015 to honor exceptional talent, growth, outstanding bodies of work, and contributions from those who inspire, encourage, and shape the culture of the global independent music industry.
